Linda Rice really was smitten with this absolutely lovely New York-Bred lass. She has class, exceptional muscle and bone, and was “clean” in all of our diagnostic testing. She ran the furlong in 10:3 like “breaking sticks.” Her stride is long, powerful and straight. She is most willing in her demeanor. While her good size is imposing, she is quick. Linda thought she’d still be as precocious as the rest. What an athlete!
We guess it’s no surprise, however. Her eight time stakes winning FULL sister, FLIRT FOR FAME, had twelve wins and banked $349K. All seven of the dam’s foals went on to win, with black-type for three others. The filly’s sire is the leading stallion (2008 and 2009) in New York…FREUD. He is siring winners seemingly every day --- just like his FULL brother…GIANT’S CAUSEWAY, the Leading Sire in North America. Additionally, FREUD’S fillies seem especially talented. This filly may even go on to become an important broodmare after her racing career.
FREUD is H-O-T. This filly’s FULL sister is his leading money earner. This New York-Bred looks like the “real deal.” She ought to be stakes caliber against fellow state-breds. Whitehall Stable believes in our trainer Linda Rice…who, in turn, believes in this filly.
